I have been teaching Anger Management for over 10 years. I am available to come to your community or village and teach the principles that I have learned over the years in managing my own anger. I have taught Anger Management for the Dept of Corrections here in the state of Alaska for over seven years. I have taught in many villages and public schools in Alaska as well.

Anger is a God given emotions that comes standard equipment with all human beings. We are responsible to control that anger however. When we allow our anger to control us we can get into serious trouble.
There are some principles that we all can learn and put into practice that can and do help us take charge or the “anger within”.
It’s up to me if I am to be a different person than I used to be!
