I spoke with Jerry tonight. Please pray for Margaret. She is experiencing some significant swelling in her abdomen and legs and feet. They are taking her in for another CT scan in the morning. I am asking everyone to really pray for her tonight and continue for the next few days. I will work hard to keep you all up to date as soon as I hear any news.
Remember I have always said we are on a long Journey that can take some unusual twists and turns. This is just a bump in the road but it is a bump. Thanks again for your continued pray for Margaret and Jerry. They could really use those prayers.
Prayer is an amazing dimension of the human species. I read once that not everyone believes in God, not everyone goes to church, not everyone believes in the Bible but everyone, yes everyone PRAYS. It is almost an automatic reaction of the human spirit! When were in trouble we pray! There is a quote from WWII that says “There are no atheist in foxholes”.
However prayer is much more than an emergency parachute for the hurting, scared soul. It is a language of the spirit or from the spirit of man to our Creator that allows us to commune, as in communicate, with Him. I urge you to use that 24 hour avenue to do just that. Commun-i-cate with Him. Oh by the way He does know your name and your address also. Don’t be a stranger, speak up! Hey try it now. Why not? He is listening!
