Margaret has had a good day today. She had a bit of a rough night last night. She is doing well but the progress is slow, as is to be expected. Jerry is right by her side. The boys, Mike and Brian, are close as well. It is amazing to see the progress. She is slowly getting better each day. Sometimes it seems like three steps forward and two steps back. However the neat thing about that is we still made “one” step forward. Please keep up those prayers for her and the family. I called today and Jerry was reading her the comments from the Status Page and some emails. Please know she is reading them and checks them often.
There are soooooo many things in life that we don’t understand and many we never will. However as we go through life many of the things we don’t understand today do become clear and meaningful as we go through life. That is another reason I encourage you not to abandon your faith in God even when things don’t make sense today. As a parent I couldn’t give my boys all the details about many things but when they were older some of them they were able to process and some they still don’t understand. Let us trust in the Lord and keep walking in the light that we have today!
